About
Currently a resident of North Eastern Pennsylvania, David Hage produces a wide range of purposeful fine and commercial artwork. David has studied both art and social work at Misericordia University during his undergraduate studies and again at Marywood University during his graduate studies.
He currently serves as the exhibitions coordinator and curator for Paper Kite Gallery, and is a writer, editor and graphic designer for The Independent Magazine. David is also a graphic and web designer at Resource Media, a branding and creative design studio.
Fine Art
David’s fine art work is characterized by a playful and raw aesthetic, rooted in his interest in conceptual and interpersonal relationships. David’s preferred medium of choice is ideas. His conceptual and expressive fine art work often incorporates found and recycled objects.
Additionally, David enjoys collaborative projects and is interested in artwork that actively engages the viewer. He is very interested in social justice, sustainability, and community participation in his work.
David’s fine artwork is available for exhibition and some work is also available for sale. Custom artwork can be commissioned as well.
Design
David’s graphic design work centers around the development of creative design solutions for interactive media and print applications. His designs take into account the client’s unique needs, where he purposefully combines a balance between function and creativity to develop the right solution for each project he takes on.
